In a game full of hard hits and emotion as both teams were fighting for a playoff spot, Monroe kept their composure and pulled off a win. The offense held its own with outstanding runs, and the defense was on fire, shutting down Renton the entire game.

Marcus Rosado had multiple carries with 2 rushing touchdowns, a 4-yard and a 15-yard run. Remy Parsons had a 25-yard rushing touchdown, and Trey Hammerquist had a 25-yard reception from QB Brady Morgan to set the Bearcats up for the 4-yard rushing touchdown from Rosado.

This game was a full team effort from the Junior Black Bearcats to end their regular season with a win, bringing their record to 4-3 and an 8th Place finish, earning the team a spot in the playoffs.

Eastside 33, Lake Stevens Black 8

At the heart of this victory was quarterback John King Collins IV, #8, whose impressive performance solidified his reputation as a rising star in the league.

Collins IV threw two stunning touchdown passes, including a remarkable 71-yard bomb to Jett McCleod, and a 75-yard connection to Jacoby Lamebull. McCleod also shined on the field, racking up an astonishing 295 all-purpose yards and scoring three touchdowns, demonstrating his versatility and speed. Meanwhile, running back Johnathan Mitchell, contributed with a steady 15-yard touchdown run, adding to the team’s offensive display.

The Mill Creek Juniors powered their way to a 19–6 win over Lake Stevens Purple, leaning heavily on a dominant ground game to control the tempo from start to finish. Kellen Myers led the way with 100 rushing yards, consistently finding seams in the defense and picking up key first downs. Tony Fletcher added 80 tough yards on the ground, while G. Cervantes chipped in with 60 more, giving Mill Creek a three-headed rushing attack that kept Lake Stevens on its heels.
