The Renton Rangers 89ers battled hard against the Ballard Knights in what started as a tough matchup, but the Rangers soon took control and ran away with the victory!

It all started with Trayden York, who broke free on a 50-yard quarterback sneak for the first six points of the game. Then Jeffrey Kamoto followed up with an incredible 90-yard run, and Dion Hooks sealed the deal with a 50-yard touchdown run to secure the win.

The Rangers now head into the playoffs strong, locking in the fourth spot.

Mariner 26, Cedar Park Chri. Blue 0

Mariner rolled to a convincing 27–0 victory over Cedar Park Christian Blue, leaning on a combination of tough defense and explosive ground plays to control the game from start to finish.

Byron Hernandez sparked the defense with two fumble recoveries and added a strong tackle. Dominic Turner, Rylynn Lovell, and Michael Spencer each contributed defensively, with Spencer recording a sack and Lovell delivering a big stop.

On the offensive side, Michael Spencer opened the scoring with a 13-yard touchdown run, followed by an extra point from Rylynn Lovell. Lovell later broke free for a 35-yard run and added a touchdown of his own. Brooklyn Frederick helped keep a drive alive with a 13-yard gain, and Nathan King added a 7-yard run before punching in a 15-yard touchdown. King would also break away for a 60-yard touchdown and tack on the extra point.

It was a well-rounded performance by Mariner, who capitalized on turnovers to earn a hard-fought win.

Lake Stevens Black 44, Monroe 6

After a league-wide recalibration in week 5, LS 89er Black continued to show why they are the defending North Sound Junior Football League 89er Champions with a convincing win over a solid 4-2 Monroe Bearcats team. LS 89er Black ends regular season play as the sole undefeated 7-0 team in the division.

Lake Stevens White 12, Everett 6

After last week’s loss to LS 89er Black, LS 89er White looked to solidify the number 2 seed in the division going into this game against the Everett Timberwolves. Both teams entered this match-up with 5-1 records and came hungry to prove themselves. After a hard-fought defensive, LS 89er White’s defense held the Timberwolves ‘ flying wing-T offense to just 6 points. With multiple offensive drives controlling the clock and moving the ball downfield, LS 89er White’s Brody Britt scored the Vikings’ 2 touchdowns on the ground.

Mill Creek 28, Edmonds-Woodway 0

The Mill Creek 89ers closed out their regular season in dominant fashion with a 28–0 shutout victory over Edmonds-Woodway. Easton Mendoza led the offensive attack with three touchdowns, while Karter Moore added another score to help build a commanding lead. Special teams were sharp as well, with Aidyn Hughes converting two kicked PATs. On defense, Sevastian Galvan came up with a key interception to help preserve the shutout. It was a complete performance on both sides of the ball as Mill Creek rolled to another impressive win.
