Seattle City Councilmember Debora Juarez has proposed an amendment to the 2026 Transit Measure to expand funding for accessibility and safety improvements at transit stops, sidewalks and pedestrian connections, making public transportation more accessible for people with disabilities, older adults and others who rely on transit.
